Silly Phillie began making products in 1985, the entrepreneurial lovechild of Phyllis Gordon S'Dao and Richard S'Dao. The company's first products were primarily groups of layette items coordinated by unique embroidery designs. These layette items included premium quality terry velour products such as hooded towels, diaper bags, bathrobes, bibs and burp cloths, plus cotton interlock sleep gowns, baby blankets, onsies, and hats. All products from day one to now have been designed by Phyllis, aka Silly Phillie.
In addition to layette items, Silly Phillie began with two packaged baby gift sets. These uniquely packaged gifts included a Washcloth Bouquet, and a Baby Diaper Cake. From a modest start with packaged gift sets, Silly Phillie has grown into a leading baby gift company, featuring a wide variety of beautiful products that are proudly made in the USA.
Diaper Cakes, Baby Gift Baskets, Personalized Baby Gifts, Welcome Wagons, and Rocking Horse Baby Gfits are among our best selling items.
