Welcome to Silly Phillie® Wholesale! 

Registered retailers can use this website to view Silly Phillie's wholesale pricing and place orders.  Non registered vistors will be able to view products but they will not be able to see pricing or place an order.  The shopping cart is fully functional with one key exception. Payment is not required at the time of placing an order.  Instead,  customers will be contacted for payment when the order is ready to be shipped. 

Registering an Account

Please complete the retailer registation form at www.sillyphillie.com/index.php?p=signup  A valid Tax ID number must be included to qualify as a wholesale business.

Qualified retailer accounts will be activated within 48 hours.  Importantly, account information is for use by Silly Phillie®  only.  Under no circumstances will it be shared with third parties unless prior permission is granted.  Silly Phillie's full privacy policy is available at www.sillyphillie.com/privacy-policy

Placing an order

Orders can be placed at any time after logging into your account.  To create an order simply select an item,  indicate the quantity,  then click "Add to Cart".  Repeat for additional items.  

When finished,   click "Proceed to Checkout".   After reviewing your order,   click " Place Order".  Once again, payment is not required until the order is ready to be shipped. 

You will receive an email  confirmation shortly after placing order.   Customer service will contact you several days later to confirm receipt and to give an estimated shipping date.  

Minimums 

New Customers

The minimum order for a new customer is $300.00. 

Reorders

The minimum reorder is $200.00. 

Product minimums

The minimum quantity varies by style.  Larger gifts such as our Rocking Horse gift sets require only a one piece minimum. Other items such as one our monogrammable bibs,  burp pads,  and others require a three piece minimum by trim color. Most items require a minimum of two pieces per style or color. 

The shopping cart defaults to the minimum quantity for each style,  and will not accept a lesser amount than the required minimum.  Higher quantities of course will be accepted.  Please note that all orders are also subject to a total dollar amount as noted above. 

Back Orders & Returns

Customer will be alerted when back ordered merchanise is ready to ship.

Customer will be able to return merchandise within 7 days of receipt.  No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization.
