Returns

We want our customers to be completely happy with their Silly Phillie purchase. We take pride in offering only the highest quality products, and we do everything possible to make sure they arrive looking beautiful. 

Occasionally an item will need to be returned or replaced however. In this rare instance you can count on our “No Nonsense” returns policy to make the process quick & simple.

Buyer’s Remorse

Customers may exchange or return an unwanted item within 30 days of receipt for whatever reason. We ask that the product be returned unused and in original condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Defective Merchandise

Silly Phillie will replace or refund a customer fully for any merchandise that is defective.  

Personalized Merchandise

Personalized merchandise is not returnable unless the item was incorrectly personalized due to the fault of Silly Phillie®. In the latter case, the item will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. 

Return Authorization

A return authorization is required before returning merchandise. Please call (855.885.3900) or email customer service (support@sillyphillie.com) to obtain authorization.
