In simpliest terms, this is what to expect from us:

  • User-friendly website - An uncluttered website design helps finding exactly what you're looking for a breeze. Well organized and well segmented product categories makes it easy to find products based on gender, type and price. A global site search is also availabele to find a specific product.

  • Beautiful & safe products -Silly Phillie® baby gifts look better because they are better. Our designs are unique, product quality is unmatched, and no other gift is delivered looking quite as good. Our secret is really not a secret. Unlike other baby gifts, ours are made in the USA, with few exceptions.   All products meet or exceed consumer product safety standards.

  • Outstanding customer service - At any point along the way, experienced customer service staff is here to help.  Simply call toll free (855.885.3900) from 8am-6pm EST or email us anytime ( with your questions or concerns.  Diane or Iliana more than likely will be there to help answer any questions.

  • Security- Our shopping cart is one of only a handful of e-commerce applications certified PA-DSS/PCI compliant by the PCI Security Council. This means sensitive information is secured by the highest standards available and has less chance of being hacked. Additionally, the security minded PayPal is used for all credit cart proccessing.

  • Making Payment- Payment must be made at time of placing an order. We accept all major credit cards or payment can be made directly from a PayPal account.

  • Order Confirmation-  Once an order is placed, an email will be sent with full order details. Since most of our products are shipped as gifts to a third party, it is important to review the order a final time to make sure the shipping address is correct, a gift message was included, and the baby name is spelled correctly if the gift is to be personalized.

  • Returns or Exchanges- We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days without a restocking fee. If the return or exchange is the result of a mistake on our part, the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost or we will issue a full refund. If it is due to a customer mistake, we will accept the return but refund only the cost of the product (not the shipping). The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned unless we made a mistake in the personalization process. We are not responsible for customer input errors.

  • How to return an item - Call or email customer service (see above) with the invoice number and the reason for the return.  If the return is within the 30 day return period, a return authorization will be issued with return shipping instructions.  The cost of freight will be the responsibility of either the customer or Silly Phillie®, depending on the reason for the return.

  • Your Privacy- We will not share or sell your personal information to any third parties. You might form time to time receive an email from Silly Phillie® with information about new products or promotions. You will however be given the opportunity to opt out of future emails.
