What you should know about placing orders:
Terms
All first time customers must pay cash before delivery for initial orders. We except all major credit cards. Sorry, we do not ship COD.
Customers with established credit and no overdue outstanding balances will receive Net-30 day payment terms.
Minimums
The minimum order for new customers is $200.
The minimum reorder is $150.
There are also minimum quantities by style. Minimums vary by style, so please check the item on this website.
Shipping
All orders are shipped FOB Brooklyn, NY. We try to minimize shipping costs by consolidating nerchandise in as few cartons as possible. Many of our larger gifts require their own case pack resulting in multiple cartons per order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Defective merchandise can be returned with a valid Return Authorization. Silly Phillie is responsible only for defects that are the result of the manufacturing process. Silly Phillie will replace or refund the item in question.
